Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hospitality‑focused support to patients, families, and staff throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, waiting rooms, and patient care zones.
- Assist with setting up rooms for procedures, ensuring supplies and equipment are ready.
- Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to respond promptly to service requests.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to hospital safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and guiding visitors.
- Follow infection‑control and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends.
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 30 lb, and move throughout the facility.
- Reliable attendance and a professional demeanor.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Full‑time position, Monday through Friday with variable hours; weekends may be required. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.50 per hour (approximately $26,561 per year).
