Shift Code Analytics is urgently hiring a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator (PeopleSoft Campus Solutions) for a remote contract role based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and fine‑tune PeopleSoft applications across HR, Payroll, Finance, and Student (Campus Solutions) modules.
• Manage PeopleTools, Application Designer, and Integration Broker in an Oracle Cloud environment.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and security hardening while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain batch processes, reports, and data loads using Informatica Cloud.
• Provide 2nd‑level support, troubleshoot performance issues, and resolve user tickets via video interview sessions.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Document configuration changes, create SOPs, and enforce governance policies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of PeopleSoft administration experience, preferably with Campus Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and PeopleTools (8.57+).
• Hands‑on experience with Informatica Cloud or similar ETL tools.
• Proven track record of successful PeopleSoft upgrades and migrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Effective communication skills for video interviews and stakeholder collaboration.
