Maximus is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join its Orlando, Orange County team. This role supports high‑impact federal programs, delivering user‑centered design solutions for mission‑critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups that align with federal usability standards.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and ensure accessibility compliance (Section 508, WCAG).
• Translate complex data and workflow requirements into intuitive interfaces for security and operational readiness tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in government or enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes and measurable impact.
• Knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with development teams.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
