Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for government‑focused digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject‑matter experts to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) across all projects.
- Provide design assets and specifications using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and design reviews to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in government or large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design solutions and measurable impact.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of front‑end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
