Trust Business Development Officer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑net‑worth individuals and families for trust and estate planning services.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, advisors, and referral partners.
• Develop customized financial strategies that align with Thrivent’s purpose‑driven approach.
• Collaborate with internal investment, insurance, and banking teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.

Qualifications
