Job Title : Triage Nurse Department : HHC CHHA EXPANDED HOURS Location : Rochester Regional Health Home Care – 330 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607 Hours Per Week : 40 Schedule : Mon-Fri 1pm-9pm with a day off during the week, then every Saturday or every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday.
