About This Position
Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Sales Officer I – Commercial Real Estate to join its New York City team. This role focuses on delivering treasury solutions to commercial real‑estate clients while supporting the bank’s Responsible Growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial‑real‑estate clients, understanding their cash‑management and financing needs.
- Promote and cross‑sell treasury products such as cash management, payments, liquidity, and foreign‑exchange solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product partners, credit teams, and relationship managers to structure tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, financial analyses, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank’s overall revenue goals.
- Stay current on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in the commercial‑real‑estate sector.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
- 2‑4 years of experience in treasury sales, cash‑management, or commercial banking, preferably with real‑estate clients.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial statements and cash‑flow models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with treasury platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits
