Job Summary

Triage Staffing is recruiting an experienced RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Saint Albans, Vermont, working 12‑hour night shifts in the labour and delivery unit. Fixed annualised salary: $87,079.65.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers during labour, delivery and immediate postpartum period.
• Monitor fetal heart rate, maternal vital signs and progress of labour, documenting accurately.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives and allied health staff to ensure safe outcomes.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy and assist with emergency obstetric interventions.
• Educate patients and families on birth plans, pain management options and newborn care.
• Maintain infection‑control standards and comply with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN registration in the United States (or eligible for transfer).
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in labour and delivery.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification; NRP preferred.
• Excellent communication, critical‑thinking and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.
