Training Administrator II
About This Position
Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II for its SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Jackson, Madison County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distribution, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling, room bookings (virtual or physical), and trainer assignments.
- Prepare and distribute training agendas, handouts, and post‑session evaluations.
- Track certification statuses and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Generate regular reports on training metrics and present insights to management.
- Assist in onboarding new hires by delivering orientation materials and tracking completion.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading courses, updating content, and troubleshooting user issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training administration, HR coordination, or similar support role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
