About This Position

Job Summary

Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote position supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, outcomes, and participant feedback.
  • Coordinate scheduling, room bookings (virtual or physical), and logistics for training sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials, agendas, and post‑session documentation.
  • Track certification expirations and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Generate regular reports on training metrics, completion rates, and cost analysis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for trainers and participants, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends and recommending process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in training administration, records management, or related office support.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $38,729.98 per year (fixed). Competitive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
