Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees and partners, based out of Hammond, Lake County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distribution, and learning outcomes.
• Prepare and update training schedules, agendas, and participant communications.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions, ensuring resources and technology are ready.
• Generate post‑training reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
• Support trainers by managing documentation, certifications, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new learners and tracking completion of mandatory courses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training administration, records management, or related office support.
