Training Administrator II

Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus while being based in Springfield, Hampden County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distributed, and outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, room bookings (virtual), and logistics for instructor‑led and e‑learning sessions.
• Prepare and distribute training documentation, reports, and post‑session evaluations.
• Monitor compliance with internal training standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and revision of training curricula, ensuring content accuracy.
• Provide timely support to trainers, participants, and stakeholders regarding training inquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training administration, record‑keeping, or related office support.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, learning management systems (LMS), and database tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

Salary: $39,765.97 per year (fixed).
