Training Administrator II

Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team. This remote‑friendly role supports training operations for Maximus while being based in Kenosha, Kenosha County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, and outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for virtual and in‑person training sessions.
• Prepare and distribute training documentation, reports, and post‑training evaluations.
• Assist with the onboarding of new trainees and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Track training metrics, generate performance dashboards, and recommend process improvements.
• Serve as a point of contact for trainers, participants, and external vendors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: $40,321.65 per year (fixed).
