Training Administrator II
About This Position
Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Prairie View, Waller County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, and outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and documentation for virtual and in‑person training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Support trainers and participants by managing learning management system (LMS) data entry and updates.
- Ensure training records meet internal audit and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the development and revision of training policies, procedures, and templates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training administration, records management, or related support functions.
- Proven ability to handle large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using an LMS.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a shared services or corporate training environment.
- Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements for training documentation.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).
Compensation
Annual salary: $39,149.83
