Training Administrator II

Maximus is seeking a Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus while being based in Aberdeen, Brown County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distribution, and outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for virtual and in‑person training sessions.
• Prepare and update training documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Assist trainers and participants with technical and administrative issues.
• Track training metrics and generate performance dashboards for management.
• Ensure data integrity in learning management systems (LMS) and other databases.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or records management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Annual salary: $41,070.64 (fixed).
