Job Summary
Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Roswell, Chaves County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distributed, and learning outcomes.
- Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training reports for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions, ensuring technology, venues, and participant communications are flawless.
- Track certification expirations and renewal requirements, notifying staff and managers as needed.
- Audit training data for compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Support the Training team with data entry, file management, and ad‑hoc analysis of training effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees’ inquiries regarding registration, documentation, and access to learning platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a training or learning‑and‑development environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and learning management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Compensation
Salary range: $38,010.98 per year.
