About This Position

Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join the SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Wichita, Sedgwick County, US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, outcomes, and certifications.
  • Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary resources.
  • Track and reconcile training budgets, expenses, and invoice processing.
  • Provide administrative support to trainers and participants, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Audit training data for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Generate performance metrics and dashboards to assess training effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in training administration, office coordination, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and learning management systems.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently in a remote environment.

  • Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or Moodle.
