About This Position

Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join its SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote role supports training operations for Maximus employees while being based in Bowie, Prince George’s County, MD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person sessions, ensuring all participants have required resources.
  • Track certification expirations and renewal requirements, notifying stakeholders as needed.
  • Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, troubleshooting user issues, and generating analytics.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and HR to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Audit training documentation for compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in training administration, records management, or a similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using LMS platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

Annual salary: $40,328.54 (fixed). Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.
