Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all training activities, including attendance, materials, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and distribute training schedules, agendas, and post‑training documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for virtual and in‑person training sessions, ensuring all resources are available.
  • Track and report training metrics to stakeholders, highlighting completion rates and effectiveness.
  • Support trainers by managing course materials, updating content libraries, and handling participant inquiries.

Required Qualifications
