About This Position
Job Summary
Maximus is seeking a detail‑oriented Training Administrator II to join our SOA Shared Services Training team. This fully remote position supports training operations for Maximus employees based in Hamden, New Haven County, US.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of all training activities, including attendance, materials distribution, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling, room bookings (virtual), and logistics for instructor‑led and e‑learning sessions.
- Prepare and distribute training documentation, agendas, and post‑session reports.
- Track and reconcile training budgets, expenses, and vendor invoices.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, managing user enrollments, and generating performance analytics.
- Respond to trainer and participant inquiries, ensuring a seamless training experience.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administrative support, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of data with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $43,935.06 annually (fixed). Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.
Location
Remote role; candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and able to collaborate with the Hamden, New Haven County office as needed.
