Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Tier 2 technical assistance for Windows, macOS, and network environments across multiple client sites.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with Tier 1 technicians and the Director of IT to escalate and close tickets efficiently.
- Perform remote monitoring, patch management, and routine maintenance for client infrastructures.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Assist in on‑site deployments, migrations, and upgrades as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a Managed Services Provider or similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Proficiency with remote monitoring tools (e.g., ConnectWise, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems.
- CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
