Key Responsibilities

• Provide design, development and support for test equipment used in defence projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimise test systems.
• Produce detailed engineering documentation, schematics and test procedures.
• Deliver on‑site and remote technical assistance to production and test teams.
• Manage configuration control and ensure compliance with defence standards.
• Support overtime work as required, compensated at time and a quarter.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree or extensive experience in Electronics Engineering, Production Support, Test Systems Design or similar.
• Proven background designing, building or maintaining electronic test equipment.
• Strong knowledge of analogue and digital circuit design, PCB layout and firmware integration.
• Experience working within a defence or high‑security environment is advantageous.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid/remote team.
