Territory Sales Manager

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead and expand sales in the St. Louis, MO surgery center region, based in Florissant, Saint Louis County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for dialysis clinics, nephrologists, and nephrology extenders.
• Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers and referral sources.
• Identify growth opportunities, conduct product presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with regional managers and clinical teams to align on product support and customer needs.
• Travel daily within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in renal/dialysis or related healthcare markets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clinical background in dialysis or healthcare referral sales is a plus.
