Job Summary

Sumitomo Pharma is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Oncology to drive sales of oncology products in the Frankfort, Franklin County area. This role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for oncology products.
• Identify and engage oncologists, hospital formulary committees, and key opinion leaders.
• Present clinical data and product benefits to healthcare providers.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Provide market feedback to marketing and medical teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
• Stay current on oncology trends, competitor activity, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $136,809.86 annually, plus performance‑based incentives, health benefits, 401(k) and professional development opportunities.
