Greenworks is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Northern Southern California, based remotely in Los Angeles, to drive sales of its sustainable power tools and outdoor equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets in Northern SoCal.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts while nurturing existing customer relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for dealers and end‑users.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence.
• Represent Greenworks at trade shows, industry events, and local networking functions.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience in power tools, outdoor equipment, or related hardware sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles market and established dealer networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Compensation

Base salary $38,277.59 per year, plus commission and performance incentives.
