Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Saint Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, and Broward counties.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business with plumbing, HVAC, and property‑management customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for end‑users and distributors.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM data, providing weekly forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to tailor solutions to regional needs.
• Attend industry trade shows, webinars, and local networking events to increase brand visibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post‑sale support and timely issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in plumbing, HVAC, or water‑technology sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of smart leak detection hardware and IoT integration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
