Job Summary
US Tech Solutions is seeking a Technology – Software Engineer 3 to join its Global Tech Team in West Slope, Washington County, US. This onsite role (with remote Fridays) offers a competitive annual salary of $192,411.53.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as senior engineer and technical steward for the AI Dev Tooling & Enablement capability.
- Provide administration, guidance, and long‑term technical direction for GitHub, Cursor, and Claude tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional developers, product owners, and data scientists to deliver high‑quality AI‑enabled solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components supporting AI tooling pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in AI/ML tooling environments.
- Deep expertise with GitHub, Cursor, Claude, and modern DevOps tooling.
- Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to drive technical decisions across distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with machine‑learning frameworks and model deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Employment Details
Contract length: 52 weeks with a 2‑day extension option. Work onsite at the PHK location with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays.
