About This Position
Job Summary
Stefanini is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Dearborn, Wayne County, MI to lead the VESSE AI Ecosystem for vehicle electrical and software systems. This role combines product leadership with deep technical expertise to drive AI adoption across the automotive development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for the VESSE AI Tools, aligning with automotive engineering goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—software engineers, hardware designers, validation experts—to translate market needs into technical specifications.
- Prioritize backlogs, write user stories, and ensure timely delivery of AI‑enabled features.
- Act as the internal evangelist for AI, conducting workshops, demos, and training sessions for engineering teams.
- Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on AI models to improve design efficiency and validation accuracy.
- Partner with external AI vendors and research institutions to integrate cutting‑edge technologies.
- Maintain compliance with automotive safety standards and data governance policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in automotive or AI‑driven software.
