Technical Marketing Manager
About This Position
New Relic is seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to join its global observability team in Dearborn, Wayne County, US. This role blends deep technical knowledge with marketing expertise to help enterprise customers maximize the value of New Relic’s AI‑first platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for technical products and solutions.
- Create compelling content—whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and solution briefs—that translates complex observability concepts into clear business value.
- Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to align messaging with product roadmaps and customer needs.
- Lead technical enablement programs for field teams, including training sessions, demo environments, and battle cards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to inform product positioning and market segmentation.
- Measure campaign performance using KPIs such as pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and adoption rates, and iterate for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or solutions engineering within SaaS or cloud‑based observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of application performance monitoring, distributed tracing, and AI‑driven analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven record of creating high‑impact technical content.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Compensation
Base salary: $159,110.94 annually.
