About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the technology stack in partnership with the Principal of Engineering.
- Serve as the technical “North Star” for ambitious client projects, ensuring best‑in‑class solutions.
- Own system architecture, design reviews, and technical roadmap implementation.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, and operations to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
- Hands‑on development and problem‑solving when critical issues arise.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of architectural leadership.
- Proven ability to manage complex, large‑scale systems and guide technical strategy.
