Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presales presentations, product demos and solution design workshops for print and copy customers.
• Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer requirements into feasible technical solutions.
• Perform on‑site and remote installations, configuration and testing of printing hardware and software.
• Provide post‑installation troubleshooting, maintenance and customer training.
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, configurations and support tickets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest print technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in technical pre‑sales and post‑sales support, preferably in the print/copy sector.
