Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of Patient Access Representatives to deliver high‑quality front‑line service.
• Oversee patient registration, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling processes.
• Resolve complex access issues, escalations, and patient inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical departments, billing, and IT to improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
• Participate in training initiatives and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in patient access, registration, or medical office administration.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, scheduling software, and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple priorities.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
