Job Summary

WSP Canada is seeking a Team Lead, Municipal Engineering to guide a multidisciplinary team in Moncton, Westmorland, Canada. This senior role drives the delivery of innovative municipal infrastructure projects that shape local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of municipal engineering projects, including water, wastewater, storm‑water, and transportation systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring compliance with municipal codes and regulations.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance team culture.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in municipal infrastructure design and delivery, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian municipal codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
