About This Position
Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead, Learning and Development to join a forward‑thinking digital education organization in Canada. This senior role combines strategic planning, project coordination, and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross‑functional learning team, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
- Design, develop, and launch digital training programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end project timelines, budgets, and resources for learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure content relevance and quality.
- Analyze learning data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, Agile, etc.) and e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate, Storyline, LMS).
- Strong project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment.
