PALADIN LLC is seeking a part‑time Teacher/Tutor for its Club Z! tutoring program in Huntington Beach, Orange County, CA. This role supports elementary to middle‑school students with curriculum reinforcement, study skills, and test preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group tutoring aligned with the student’s classroom curriculum.
• Develop personalized learning plans that address individual strengths and areas for improvement.
• Teach study strategies, time‑management techniques, and test‑taking skills.
• Track student progress, maintain detailed session notes, and communicate results to parents or guardians.
