Village Montessori School in Carlsbad, San Diego County is hiring an Elementary Teacher for grades K‑2 in a Montessori setting. This full‑time or part‑time role offers a salary of $42,500 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Montessori‑aligned lesson plans that nurture creativity, problem‑solving and leadership in students ages 5‑7.
• Guide mixed‑age classrooms using hands‑on materials, fostering independence and a love of learning.
• Assess student progress through observation, portfolios and conferences, providing individualized feedback.
