Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across Canada and internationally.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline.
• Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and create tailored hiring plans.
• Manage the recruitment team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment, preferably in the non‑profit sector.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a recruitment team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French fluency strongly preferred, Spanish considered an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using ATS and HRIS systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
