Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate high‑fidelity simulation environments for classified and unclassified programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to define system architecture, requirements, and test plans.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and analysts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.
- Document design decisions, test results, and configuration management artifacts.
- Support field deployments and provide on‑site technical assistance during exercises and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in simulation integration, model‑based systems engineering, or related defense projects.
- Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, VBS3, or similar) and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes, security clearance requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience
- Active Secret or Top‑Secret clearance.
- Experience with model‑based development (MBSE) and SysML.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based simulation platforms and high‑performance computing clusters.
Compensation & Benefits
