Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve end‑user support tickets (Level 1 and escalations) ensuring timely service.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware and associated peripherals.
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems and standard software suites.
• Conduct inventory audits, track asset lifecycle, and maintain accurate configuration records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement rollout plans and minimize downtime.
• Provide documentation and training for end users on new systems and processes.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in desktop support or systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS deployment, imaging tools, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple tickets.
• Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
