Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, configure and maintain Windows Server and Hyper‑V virtual environments.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot VMware and Azure cloud services.
• Implement and support Microsoft 365 (O365) applications across the organization.
• Configure, monitor and maintain network firewalls, routers and switches.
• Perform proactive infrastructure monitoring and resolve incidents to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver IT infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Document system configurations, procedures and provide knowledge‑transfer to junior staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Hyper‑V, VMware, Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, firewalls and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
• Experience with server hardware installation, storage solutions and virtualization.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or within a hybrid team.
• Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCP or Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
