Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person‑centred, psychologically informed support to adults with complex needs.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of two six‑bedroom houses, ensuring safety, cleanliness and compliance with housing standards.
• Develop and implement individual support plans, monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as required.
• Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate records, produce regular reports and contribute to audit processes.
• Participate in on‑call rota and respond to emergencies or crises.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification in health, social care or housing (e.g., Level 3 Diploma or equivalent).
