About the Role
Creative Realities Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Support Specialist to join our team in Louisville, Jefferson County, US. You will provide first‑line technical assistance for our digital signage platforms, ensuring customers enjoy seamless, high‑impact experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound tickets, phone calls, and emails, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to digital signage solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to reproduce bugs, document findings, and track resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and create knowledge‑base articles for recurring issues.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and testing of signage hardware at customer sites.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new clients and internal staff.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably in SaaS or digital signage environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with familiarity in Windows, Linux, networking (TCP/IP, VPN), and basic scripting.
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting service‑level agreements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with content management systems or digital‑out‑of‑home (DOOH) platforms.
- Knowledge of remote monitoring tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
Compensation & Benefits
