Actalent is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage high‑end retail fit‑out projects in Paramus, Bergen County, US. This role oversees daily site operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures projects meet quality, safety, and budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site supervision for luxury retail construction in mall environments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and vendors, facilitating clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor workmanship and enforce quality standards to deliver premium finishes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
• Track project budgets, manage change orders, and report financial status to senior management.
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and documentation for client and internal stakeholders.

• Proven track record managing complex fit‑outs within shopping malls.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
