Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store performance, including sales targets, visual merchandising, inventory control and customer service.
• Recruit, train, coach and schedule a high‑performing team of sales associates.
• Analyze daily and weekly reports to identify trends, optimize staffing and improve profitability.
