Job Summary

Advance Stores Company is seeking a reliable Store Driver to operate in the United States. The role involves picking, staging, and delivering parts to professional customers, handling returns, and promoting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro‑customers on a scheduled route.
• Collect returns and cores, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Distribute weekly/monthly sales flyers and actively promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Collect credit account payments on a daily basis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, providing valuable feedback to the CPP.
• Assist in upselling and cross‑selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the delivery vehicle is kept in good condition.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and update inventory systems.

Required Qualifications

• Valid US driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in a delivery or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts safely.
• Basic computer literacy for route planning and paperwork.

Compensation & Benefits
