Staff Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable back‑end services supporting Cardinal Health’s commercial technology solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing modern frameworks, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and event‑driven messaging.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects on time.

• Experience with DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Terraform).

Compensation & Benefits
