Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable back‑end services for commercial technology products.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software development.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing modern frameworks, automation, and DevOps practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, or Python and experience with microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver production‑grade code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.

Compensation

Base salary range: $124,665.67 – $124,665.67 per year.
