Job Summary

Ryder System is seeking a Staff Auditor I to join its Ryder Audit Services (RAS) team on a fully remote basis. This entry‑level audit role supports internal audit and advisory activities, helping to improve business processes and provide assurance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audit fieldwork, including data analysis, testing of controls, and documentation of findings.
• Assist senior auditors in preparing audit workpapers, reports, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business owners to understand processes, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
• Maintain compliance with Ryder’s audit methodology, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in special projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with audit software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits
