Job Summary

Ryder System is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Auditor I to join its Ryder Audit Services (RAS) team on a fully remote basis. This role supports internal audit and advisory projects, helping drive process improvement and risk mitigation for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute audit fieldwork, testing, and documentation in accordance with Ryder’s audit methodology.
• Identify control gaps, assess risks, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand processes and provide value‑adding advisory insights.
• Prepare clear audit reports, workpapers, and presentations for senior management.
• Follow up on corrective action plans to ensure timely implementation.
• Stay current on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or comparable analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with audit software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
