Job Summary

Ryder System is seeking a Staff Auditor I to join its Ryder Audit Services (RAS) team on a remote basis, supporting business leaders across the United States from Helena, Lewis and Clark County. This entry‑level audit role provides internal audit and advisory services, helping improve processes and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audit fieldwork, including planning, testing, and documentation of controls.
• Identify risk areas and recommend practical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare clear, concise audit workpapers and reports for senior auditors and management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and assess business processes.
• Assist in follow‑up activities to verify implementation of audit recommendations.
• Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and Ryder’s internal policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with audit software is a plus.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits
